1. Boiling an Egg: Place the eggs at the bottom of a saucepan. Cover with at least an inch or two of cold water. Heat the pot on high heat and bring the water to a full rolling boil. Adding a teaspoon of vinegar to the water may help keep egg whites from running out if an egg does crack while cooking. Also some people find adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the water helps prevent cracking as well as making the eggs easier to peel. Depending on how cooked you like your hard boiled eggs, the eggs should be done perfectly in 10-12 minutes. When ready to eat, peel the egg and enjoy. 2. ALTERNATIVE SOURCES OF ENERGY ESSAY 1 Alternative energy  is the complex of the sources of energy which can substitute the existing exhausting and harmful sources of energy and prevent the possible energy crisis. The problem of alternative energy is probably the most troublesome and thought-provoking one, because people all over the world understand that the current supplies of mineral resources and sources of energy (oil, gas, coal) will be exhausted in no more than fifty years and the humanity will remain without energy and it will be treated like the collapse of the human civilization. The current situation of the development of the alternative sources of energy is connected not only with the prevention of the energy crisis, but with the unfavorable ecologic condition of the natural environment. The modern sources of energy (oil, gas and coal) are not only very expensive bur also harmful for the natural environment, because they pollute water, air and soil and cause harm

Some of the people suppose that cycling is dangerous, inconvenient, and exhausting. But in fact, it is not. Among many features, one of the best advantages of cycling is simply to turn up at work on time each day, looking happy. Cycling had predictable journey times, because cyclists don’t get stuck in traffic like car drivers and are not subject to public transport delays. Cycling is fun too. It gives a real sense of freedom and the exercise burn off stress. It's no wonder that cyclists are the happiest commuters. Cycling is the most efficient form for human-powered movement. It’s no more strenuous than walking. The number one reason people give for not cycling is fear of traffic. We can even avoid this kind of traffics if we point out the any available quieter route options such as-routes through backstre
